==Preface== Mr Pang Chai-Sip(彭濟涉)(1914–2005) was a renowned Lingnan style Chinese Painting (嶺南畫派) artist born in Guangdong and later moved to Hong Kong. Pang started his life in art being a student in Art Institute of Guangzhou (廣州市立美術學院), by which he learnt his painting skills and philosophy with virtuosos in the field like Li Yan-Shan (李研山), Li Jin-Fa (李金髮), Zhao Shao-Ang (趙少昂), Huang Jun-Bi (黃君璧) and Li Xiong-Cai (黎雄才). During the WWII, Pang fled from warfare, and rooted in Hong Kong ever since. In 1958, virtuosos of Lingan style painters including Li Yan-Shan (李研山), Zhao Shao-Ang (趙少昂) and Pang founded the Hong Kong Chinese Art Club (香港中國美術會) with the view to promote Chinese Arts in Hong Kong. Pang has worked as illustrator for Great Wall Movie Enterprise Limited (長城電影製片公司), where he contributed his illustrations to a few dozens of Hong Kong movies, including The Awful Truth (1950), A Bachelor is Born (1952) and etc. In his late years, Pang founded the Chai-Sip Art Studio (濟涉畫院), where he offered painting classes to public and trained talented young painters. At the same time, he was offered to take charge of Chinese Painting Programs for Fung Kai Secondary School (上水鳳溪中學) in Sheung Shui. Talented Chinese painting artists have grown big in his hands, and students of his reached a few hundreds at the time.
